Co-Founder & CEO: Carel van der Walt, CEO of Monolith 4D Pty Ltd, a 3D/4D design and visualisation consultancy. He is also the majority shareholder of Monolith Media Ltd which is a world class multi-disciplinary design and visualisation services studio, that delivers intelligent visual solutions and focus mainly in providing 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) and drafting related services to the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC), Enterprise Risk Management, Mining and Industrial sectors. He is an entrepreneur with strong innovative, start-up, creative, spatial, analytical, organizational, negotiation and management skills. He subscribes to a healthy lifestyle, and is an experienced scuba diver, skydiver, and IronMan triathlete.

Co-Founder & CFO: Colin Human CA (SA), He is currently a director of a number of companies, one of which is GoalFix (Pty) Ltd, a financial management consultancy, which operates in all aspects of corporate finance, and specifically in the arena of corporate performance improvement, corporate financial health assessments, and building of complex financial models using Excel. Colin has built many corporate financial models using Excel as the modelling platform and started his modelling activities in the early 80’s

Investment Director: Judith Tan Judith has more than 25 years proven experience specialising in securing investment and property funding within global banks and investment organisations. Judith originated in excess of £5.5bn of transactions at Investec plc and executed circa $7bn equivalent transactions in the United States and Europe. In her senior roles at Investec, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and Nomura, she led and managed transaction teams reviewing transaction details and asset management post transaction completion. Most recently Judith has provided transacting, advisory and asset management for the Cooperative Bank and Lucent Group (advising a major UK land fund).

Business Development: Jurgen Thoelen Jurgen has a broad international experience in Telecommunications, Cloud Computing and Security. Having started as a quality and strategy consultant he moved in 2001 to Siemens Telecommunications where he became sales responsible for the Managed Services Business in MEA. In Nokia he held the position of Head of Service Sales for the MEA Region and Head of Business Development for the North East Region. The last years his focus was on the development of new business initiatives in areas like Cloud Computing, Media and Security with a special attention for East Europe & MEA.
